How can I get a new a-squared account?

There are several ways to get a new a-squared account:

• Click here to create an account immediately.
• Buy the full version online.
  Your purchased licenses will be associated with your new account.

Your user name (which is the same as your email address) and your password details are sent to you via email. Not only do your user account activate a-squared but also your personal a-squared Customer Center.

What is the a-squared Customer Center?

The a-squared Customer Center contains all information about your a-squared account and your licenses. It is also the best way to send a request for support to the a-squared Team.

The a-squared account is bound to your email address. That means that you can only have one account per email address. If you lose your password, you can request to have it sent to you again at the lost password page.

I have purchased a full version license, what do I do now?

After the order process has been completed, you will receive an email with your user name and code for your a-squared account. The purchased license is already attached to your account. Each license has a consecutive license number which must be input during the a-squared installation/activation of the program.

• A.) If you have not installed a-squared Anti-Malware before or if you use a-squared Free:
  
  Download and install the trial version of a-squared Anti-Malware. You don't need to uninstall a-squared Free as they can run both the same time on your PC. When the installation is finished, the program requests your user account data. Enter your username and password and click "Login". After that you'll see a list with all licenses that are attached with your user account. Select a valid license there and click "Next" to proceed. Your full version is unlocked now.
• B.) If you are using the trial version of a-squared Anti-Malware:
  
  Please check whether you used the same account information for your a-squared Anti-Malware trial as you used during purchase process. If not, please change the logon information at the a-squared Security Center at the menu item "Settings" on the "License" tab and click "Refresh licenses". Select the full version license instead of the trial license. If you used the same email address for the trial and the purchase then you don't need to do anything. The updater validates your license at the next online update and allows further full version updates within the licensed period. If your license expires, the updater will not download any further online updates and locks your a-squared installation as if it is a trial version license.
